Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date of the training.
• 50% refund if cancellation is made 7-13 calendar days before the scheduled start date.
• No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before the scheduled start date.
• Alternative arrangements, such as transferring to another course date, may be considered at our discretion.
